TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions on which The Pizza Place supplies products to you, whether in person, by phone or via our website (thepizzaplace.co.uk).
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us before you place an order.
Your use of our site, and any orders you place, is governed by our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.
INFORMATION ABOUT US
The Pizza Place is operated by South Street Pubs Ltd ("we", "our" or "us"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 6003239 at Units 4 & 5 Waldringfield Road, Brightwell, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP10 0BJ. ORDERING
You may only place orders if you are over 18 years old. By ordering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If you place an order via our site, you will be presented with confirmation on your screen that your order has been received and accepted. This is confirmation of our contract with you.
You will also receive a confirmation email. Please make sure that the email address, home address and telephone number you provide are correct and in proper working order, as these are required to fulfil your order. Please also ensure that where you have placed your order for collection, you have ordered for the correct day/date and location.
If you place an order in person, your contract will be formed when you receive your receipt of purchase.
You should check your order confirmation email carefully before travelling to collect your order. Please contact us straight away if there are any errors or mistakes with your order, or if you wish to cancel your order.
PRODUCTS
All products are subject to availability. In most cases we will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock items.
We do not use nuts in our products, however, some ingredients are produced in kitchens and factories that handle nuts.
The Pizza Place is a busy working environment and there is a risk of cross-contamination between toppings. If you have an allergy we kindly ask that you let us know so we can adjust our processes accordingly.
Great care is taken in the preparation of all our products; however, we cannot guarantee that all bones from meat products have been removed and some may remain. Olives may contain stones.
Some products may have been previously frozen.
Our pizzas are handmade to order with fresh dough. The images of our products contained on our menus and site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try our hardest to be consistent, at times, the size of the bases can vary and products you order may vary slightly from those images.
We strive to build and maintain an excellent reputation for on-time collection. However, unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and factors outside of our control may occasionally prevent us from achieving this. Please note that the time you select is the time your pizzas will be prepared. Collection time will be as soon as possible, taking into account the volume of orders at the time.
DELIVERY
If you have chosen for your products to be delivered, The Pizza Place will deliver the order to the delivery addresses within our deilviery radius of 3 miles from CO11 1BG to the address provided by you. If you are not present to take delivery of the goods at the address given in your order we will not refund you the price of your order and will charge you the full amount. Risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer on delivery. If you have ordered outside of our delivery radius and are unable to collect a refund maybe offered after an admin fee of £3.50 has been deducted to cover payment service fees and administrative costs.
We strive to maintain an on-time delivery service and will do our best to fulfil your order in accordance with the date and time confirmed to you at the time of your order. However, unfortunately things do not always go to plan, by accepting these conditions you accept that The Pizza Place can place your delivery in the first reasonable delivery slot without notice. When factors outside our control such as the weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from maintaining our normal service, you accept that The Pizza Place will make their best endeavours to honour your delivery.
There will be a delivery charge of £3.95 if your order does not meet the minimum order value for free delivery.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel an order by telephoning us until either:
in the case of any advance order (which is/are order(s) placed more than one day before a requested delivery date), up to one day before the order is due to be collected; or
in the case of same day orders, within a reasonable time prior to any food being used to start preparing your order.
If you wish to cancel an order after food has been used to start preparing it, depending on the timings and circumstances we reserve the right to charge the full price of the order and no refund will be due to you.
In the unfortunate circumstance that we need to cancel your order after it has been accepted, we will notify you. We reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
You will not be charged for any orders we cancel. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by us will typically be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

REFUNDS
On occasions when we fall short of expectations and a refund is required management will be required to approve the refund. To request a refund, you are required to use best endeavours to notify The Pizza Place at the earliest possible time. The Pizza Place reserves the right to investigate refunds and may require information from a third-party supplier. We will endeavour to process refunds at the earliest time, where this is not possible, we will ensure no refund takes longer than 14 days to be agreed. All refunds are at the discretion of the The Pizza Place. The Pizza Place reserves the right to deduct third party costs from the payout of a refund.
LOYALTY POINTS
Participating in The Pizza Place Loyalty Points Scheme allows customers to earn rewards based on eligible purchases. Points are not accrued when redeemed for rewards or discounts. Each loyalty point holds a cash redemption value of £0.0001 and cannot be exchanged for cash or other currency. The Pizza Place reserves the right to investigate and take action against any abuse of the loyalty points system, which may result in point deduction or termination of the scheme without prior notice. Modifications or termination of the loyalty points system may occur at the discretion of The Pizza Place, and customers will not be held liable for unredeemed points or rewards. Participants agree to these terms by engaging in the loyalty points program. Offers cannot be combined. Loyalty card points cannot be redeemed against any of our offers.
SPECIFIC OFFERS
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement in relation to the subject matter of any contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and us whether oral or in writing.
VARIATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes we make to these terms and conditions will be posted on this page. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
FOOD HYGIENE RATING
The Food Hygiene Rating is retrieved from Food Standards Agency live data via the Food Hygiene Rating API.
